Apply Sojat Henna Paste
Mix Henna with warm water (or tea water) to yogurt consistency. Let rest for 3-4 hours to release natural lawsone dye. Apply from roots to ends. Leave for 2 hours, then rinse with water only.
Apply Fresh Indigo Paste
Mix Indigo with lukewarm water (50°C) and a pinch of salt. Apply immediately within 15 minutes (Indigo dye dissipates quickly). Leave for 90-120 minutes. Rinse with water only.
How Much Powder Do You Need?
Golden Rules for 100% Jet Black
- ✓Add a pinch of salt to Indigo for deep jet-black bonding.
- ✓Rinse with plain water only. Color oxidizes and deepens over 48 hours.
- ✓Apply on damp, clean, oil-free hair strands for even absorption.
- ✕Never use boiling hot water. High heat kills Indigo's natural dye molecules.
- ✕Never let mixed Indigo rest. Apply immediately within 15 minutes.
- ✕No shampoo or oiling for 48 hours after Indigo application.
